Why i lose my trusted rank (PJHW)

Hi guys after the update/reset of the last week's i lose my rank ( i am PJHW).
Who can tell my why????
I did noting wrong.
I think its a little mistake.
I hope that one of the admins can set my back .

We're currently re-working the ranks and are changing "Trusted" to "Helper". Therefore, we will be reconsidering our "Trusted" users who will become pre-Mods (Helpers).

personally i think its more of being a "helpful citizen to all" rather then playing longer
