Hello Everyone,

It has been a long time since I have officially posted news on the site. This is because I simply do not want to make any promises I cannot keep.

But I have decided it is best that you guys know what has been happening. Firetop is alive, and if you could come on the server and look. You would be amazed at what we have ready for you, which the lobby was also build by our very own xNightSoul. Now sadly, it will not be released tonight. I simply do not have the resources to do it. Plus I am right in the middle of my exam week currently.

I will try my best to finish it while doing my exams. But if not, at the latest. It will be after my exams and my summer break starts, which I think, is perfect timing. I have been working very hard to get Firetop online again for you guys, because after around 5 months of being inactive. A lot needed to be done. Most of the systems and configs and setups we had were either outdated or completely pointless/broken.

Hello everyone,

It's been a while since an update thread has been posted on the home page.So,I've decided to give you an account of what is currently going on with the server.

Joel Samson (Owner) was just having a break for the past few weeks. However,he just went back to working on the server yesterday and hopefully the server will be coming back up within the few upcoming days!

We do and appreciate your understanding and we do apologize for any delay.

Quick 1.5 Update On Status!

Hello everyone,

Its been a long time since I have done a post, but I wanted to be the one to tell you why I have pushed the 1.5 release back to the 22nd of March.

The reason for this, is because we are still waiting on a Beta Build of CraftBukkit 1.5, which has yet to be done, there is not anything we can really do but unless you can develop all your plugins yourself. You as a server owner want to make sure the CraftBukkit build you are running is stable. I have always waited for Beta Builds of CraftBukkit for release and always will.

I simply can not be the one dealing with all the issues with the CraftBukkit software that I CAN NOT fix. I am not a CraftBukkit developer and neither do I plan to apply to be one. And right now they are simply too many problems with the current version of CraftBukkit, and plugins have yet to all be updated and released.

Whats up guys and gals,

Probably most of you have spotted the "Time gauge" on the right side of the home page stating the ETA of the server update to "Minecraft 1.5". There's been a ton of questions being asked by players and most of the questions still remain un-answered. So I'll go on making a post about the whole server update which will be taking place very soon,hopefully.

Whats up guys,

As some of you are acquainted with the news of the "Arena" world being released VERY soon,I'd like to make a server-wide announcement drawing your attention to a few of points!

What arenas will there be?

I have got to hand it out to you guys,there will not be a ton of arenas for you to enjoy,we've had a technical fault with the arena plugin thus causing us to implement a whole new system of arenas. Arenas will be Manually controlled as there aren't any plugins which can manage the arenas without conflicting with other plugins. (Sucks doesn't it?) However,we've got multiple usage arenas. This means that each and every arena can have more than one game mode hosted on it! I'll have a post out on the day of release explaining each and every bit and detail of what you can do there...
