Actually koldkash,I just went onto his server and found him doing the EXACT SAME thing to a girl!!
I was an admin on his server so I had SocialSpy activated.The anonymous girl was talking to gamer about an e-mail.Afterwards he started talking and asking if she got what he sent her through the mail,he then sent her a PM in-game which i saw,it said: "Message me through the email,babe." I asked him if he was doing all the harassment thing again and the girl PMed me:"yes he is,please tell him to stop.I'm feeling so uncomfortable!"I think i had a snapshot of it
but I wont just randomly post it!
Conslusion:This guy is a psycho!I hope he doesnt get unbanned and just gets all banned.IP_BANNED!

You may censor the girl's name with paint or something...
