Mob Spawning Algorithm

Is the mob spawning algorithm of enderman in the end on the server different than on single player because i am building a grinder.

No they are the same but building a grunder mit be dificult as you cant go out of the server border

You cannot get a very good rate i suggest you building a mob farm in sky world as you can get better rate threbuilding in so empty space above the viod
