Dude its your internet that only gives that error Like when someone else uses your bandwith or When Minecraft Needs JAva
Recommended things you should try:
1. Update Java
2. Update Minecraft
3. Restart Internet
If none of this work then I cant help ya

Have you tried joining any other servers?

Well its only one server. It usually takes a while to join the server. For example when I would join Firetop it would take less then 2 seconds to join the server. However, when I join that certain server I takes around 20 seconds. Furthermore, I discovered another thing. If there is a small amount of players online on that server I will usually lose connection. On the other hand, when the server has a large amount of players I can join the server fine.

I think the server have bad connection so when there nit many people on it not really active and the server reroute connection to other uses. So it might be bad connection on bad host
