Main Server Online Again! - 1.3 News - Firetop Client!

Hello everyone,​

Just some updates ! I know we seem to have been busy or away for a while. But that's because we have been! Haha

So the updates,​

Firetop Main Server at mc.firetopgames.com is live again! Which means that you can now join it again, I've had it running all of last night without a single error in console. Seems to be as stable as I can build a server. Which means hopefully! No more crashing at all. But we may still need to do some reboots every now and then. So don't expect the server to be on for 24/7 for 1 year of anything.

As for the hardcore server. We believe we will discontinue the Firetop Hardcore Server. We are not sure yet if it will be shut down for good. Although i did make a backup of the world. So if we ever do want to start it up again. You'll join exactly where you left off! Give us some feedback on what you think about closing the hardcore server.

We have also added a cool new feature called "Vote4Diamonds" Which if you have not seen or heard of before. Allows you to vote for the server. Supporting the server, and in return we give you 4 Diamonds and 400$ in MC money. Which is given automatically and you can vote every 24 hours! Which means everyday you can get a free 4 Diamonds and 400$. BUT remember to be online when you vote to get your reward! Or else you will need to wait another 24 Hours. Minecraft 1.3 News Updates,​

Well. Snapshot 12w21a of 1.3 was released yesterday. Adding some cool features into the game. Like NPC trading and new ores! Also today Minecraft 1.3 Snapshot12w21b was released. So because they are still changing many things we have not officially started working on the 1.3 server just yet. Although I will say that i have most of the backend of the server working. (with plugins and such) And Blayde is working on the layout for the new 1.3 city and plots! So if you want to ask about the world of 1.3 He might be the guy to ask right now.

As soon as the snapshots stop changing so many things. Like Biome codes we will start building the official 1.3 Server.

This is a good question, The answer is unknown. since 1.3 may be a big change. plugins change for the new code on 1.3. If this new code on the plugins change it may not be able to read the old files. So it really is a 50/50 chance of your inventory being saved. Depends on the plugins. Let me just put it this way. Put your more important stuff in a chest at spawn. Put your second most important staff in your inventory. the rest is 100% sure to be deleted.

If on the day before the 1.3 update is around. And there are still some empty chests. people can clam them. But until then Only 2 Doubles for everyone

during the 1.3 update i wont be online for about a week and i want to reserve a 25-25 plot of land near the main world for a community brewery.is that possible?
