Is there a place to put a ban apeal?

Hey! As you may already know, I'm April. aprilflowers. I believe I've been IP banned. I can't login anywhere in my house. I swear I have no idea what I've done to do this. My brother can be obnoxious sometimes but only he needs to be banned. I saw what he griefed. So I guess I but a ban apeal while asking where to put one! Typical me!

Try using a proxy and see if that solves your problem. If you can get on using a random name and with a hidden IP, you've been ip-banned. Not sure why though.

Actually, I don't recommend this method. If you use this method, and we found out it was you, you will be perma-banned immediately, with no chance of getting unbanned. And I was the one to actually ban you because you griefed my skittle. It was a small grief, so I don't think it was on purpose, but don't do it again.
