i need help ASAP

when ever i go on the server im glitched in a wall and hopping up and down. I cant press esc because it closes and i cant type . i wanna play the server it is the only server i play on because i fell in love with it once i first joined i was even about to donate for a rank! plz help

ctrl-c'ing your password, swiftly pressing / (it will open chat automatically), then ctrl-v'ing will enable you to login, if you are quick enough. This is downright annoying, though. having it all the time!
