Ok so I try to start up my server but I keep getting issues with PermissionsEx Can someone help me

First off, are you using notepad++? Make sure you are spacing and not tabbing. Check here for a lot of help lol:

I have a text file of my server log. I don't know if you can see whats wrong here. Do you also need the permissions file?

it could be the very odd formatting in your log, but "plugins\\ChatManager.jar" section makes me wonder...
Ok so I tried a new download of PermEx, ModifyWorld and ChatManager and I got more
errors. A few other things my server runs Windows Server 2003, Latest Java and Bukkit
