How do I fly?

I know that I should have access to a fly "mod" but what does that mean exactly? Someone said Zombe's Mod pack, so I looked at it... its a lot more than just flying, so I don't really want that. What mod could I get just for flying? And do I have to get permission from Joel to use it?

You can download the Zombe Flying Mod here. When you open it, make sure Minecraft is closed, and then select how you want to set it up.
When installing it, make sure you right click it in the folder and select "Run as Administrator" or else it may not work properly.
