Groupmanager

Hey all,

I have been facing problems with the configuration of my Groupmanager plugin on my server,so i just thought about telling you guys about them so maybe you could help me find a solution
Problem 1: Do i put the permissions for other plugins in the groups.yml or in the globalgroups.yml?
Problem 2: I set names to be coloured as their rank tag,but ops seem to be always light red whatsoever,what should i do to make the ops have the colour as their rank tag (without deopping ofcourse).

I suggest using PEX. I'm not trying to hate, but PEX is 10 times better than GroupManager
