Disappearing animal and villager

This problem really need to be fix. My villager and animal have disappeartwice during the last week. And itnot like they are easy to come by, itis very frustrating when you spen time on farming animal, and espacially when you make the some contraption to cure zomb villager then they just suddenly disappear.
I kind of understand that alot of mob can lag the server but using /killall to kill everythng is not just the way to go

Dont worry green i can get em back just by making some more gold apple and potions. But just try to focus n keeping them there and not disappear agan

using /butcher can help a lot. Doesn't it only kill hostile mobs? that is the biggest part of all mobs, but leaves passive ones unharmed!
