And the new economy WILL be balanced, thats for sure.

It seems like you're saying: come, let us make the economy out of balance, and then get a lot of diamonds for a much lower price. And when we are finished we make stuff that a normal player can not make so it looks like we are extremely good. And then we go kill people with the expensive stuff , because if we lose those 64 diamond blocks it does not matter. Sure we get new ones.

Btw I'm NOT the one who banned him!!!, I'm only the one who took the items away.

And also he placed the diamond blocks ALL at the SAME time in the SAME chest.

To be honest peanut i'm not sure what you're saying. What I am saying is do not punish a player when that player has not broken the rules. Right now there is no evidence that any rule has been broken.

It's not fair to arbitrarily decide that a player should not have what he has when that player is playing within the rules of the game. And i'm not saying you banned him. I'm saying whoever did should not have unless they have evidence that we are unaware of.

As for taking items away. Again I don't see it being the right thing to do unless a rule has been broken. And one cannot assume a rule is broken. Proof or evidence requires that.

Otherwise you have a server run by dictators and that's not in the best interests of the player base.

Now that being said. Him placing diamond blocks all at the same time does seem a little sketchy. I think a little explanation on that one would be required. If he did in fact cheat in order to get those blocks I think the best thing to do would be to fess up, post a ban appeal with the confession, and wait out an appropriate punishment and eventually rejoin the server.

umm i was transefering stuff to my storage chest.... so do i still get my stuff back or they are gone forver. i logged on, the deadbolt was gone and everything inside was gone. so loaded it with a bunch of stuff again. i had stuff in my old chest that i needed though...

This has been cleared up. As I believe it was right to do so, the items have been returned. These items, however, could not:

-The extra 20 diamond blocks. They were from JCD, but, he's not even allowed to do that, even if it is a prize.
-The book, as you can't spawn books with words already in em
-The dragon eggs. They aren't in the creative mode menu meaning I wouldn't be able to give him some :I
-Any enchants. Can't spawn specific enchants, sadly.

Peanut i think you worry too much about people with stuff, some people played alot and there are way to get stuff if you spend enouch time trying so dont just godestroy people stuff, you can atleast question them first ?

Hey, I know you already said you're not gonna talk about this anymore, but I feel I should make sure everyone's on the same page here.

1. I guess the wither thing was, from, well killing a lot of withers. You seen his weapons and armor, he would probably have no problem taking a few on c:
2. Guess he.. found some. :I But you have to think for a sec- let's say he really is a cheater, right? Why would he only take 3 discs? There's like 12 or 13 I think, and if I were a cheater, I would take all of em o: (but i'm not a cheater so don't get all madfaec at me :c)
3. He says JCD and "some other guy" spawned a buncha villagers, including priest ones I'm assuming. And, he went, and traded to get bottles o' enchanting there.

So, hopefully this clears up any confusion around how some of his items were obtained.
