PermissionsEX, Essentials, Block logging of some sort (hawk eye requires MySQL, so if you don't know how to set that up you can just use Core protect ), if it's a server for you and your friends get Punishmental with the private server I have a love trolling my friends with it XD, I like jCommands just because it's really simple to change game mode unlike the default /gamemode <player> <gamemode> it's just /gm not even a number after mostly I suggest looking on the plugins page an just finding what you want

Also World Edit (if you know how to use it, if you don't it could really lag out your server) voxelsniper.. That's all I can think of now..

ninja help me get core protect

Core protect is pretty straight forward when it comes to installing. Just drag the .jar file into your plugins folder and run your server so you get the core protect folder. Once you do that you can just change the config settings to your liking and start it. Unlike hawk eye though there isn't a default tool for inspecting blocks. You type /co i for the inspector tool, ad use it the same way you you'd use hawkeye. To rollback use /co rollback p:<player> r:<radius> t:<time> (I dont like how u have to use time though. You can also rollback other things such as explosions from creepers by using #explosion for the player.
