those usually arent staff positions, but in-game ranks for people to earn. varying on the server it can have buffs and whatnot

Ya some faction servers have like ranks and u earn money buy selling stuff then when u get enough u do /rank up and u get the next rank

Ah, what I meant with this was paying real money to the server once you meet qualifications of a staff member to actually get it. This way the server gets money, and donations might happen somewhat faster. Except, I realize now, the idea was a bad one xD
