You should be able to follow the basic steps from THIS WEBSITE to downgrade back to 1.2.3 for the time being...

As we are not gaining a new biome with this update, we will not be "re-creating" the server and it will stay the same, just updated. At the time, there is no set date for when we will update to 1.2.4, but we will let you all know before we update.
