When I had this problem, I basicly had to remove plugins till I fixed it. Not necessarily the best method, but it works..

I got mcMyAdmin for my server. It's great cause I don't need RDC to start and stop my server. And thanks to mcMyAdmin setting up permissions is easy and I love it. Thank you all for your help

Just to follow up with the other error i see in here, ChatManager is broken because you arent using the right format in the Config.
