Internal Exception

Every server kicks me out after 20 seconds. Internal Exception (something with java socket exception read time out or connection reset). Danarvus said it probably had something to do with my internet, does anybody know how to fix it? Thanks if you know and tell me .
(i already tried reconnecting to the internet and reinstalling MC)

maybe reinstall java, but dont think that it will help but u never know for sure maybe resetting ur router and modem will work?

My time to shine XD. Usually there is a reset button at the back of all routers/modems, so u can just click that and wait a few seconds, or you can do it my way (not the best) and just unplug the whole set-up XD <don't suggest doing it that way though..

OH plug it back in if u do it my way.. forgot to mention that..
