a ssd is the new generation of hard drives, it is basically a bigger version of a usb drive, but faster. It doesnt have a turning disc in it and doesnt work with magnetism. short said, faster then old hdd
u wont notice it in games, maybe slightly faster loading of maps, thats it. when copying something from an ssd that is when u notice difference with old hdd and new ssd.
the toshiba has 2 normal hdd's, and is the only one with 2 hdd slots
so maybe in future, when ssd's get cheaper, u can replace 1 hdd with an ssd
