Reset: What's going to happen?

I just saw the reset-ETA and I was wondering what part of the server will be reset?
I had heard only the Nether would be reset, but yesterday I heard everything might be reset.
I would like to know, which world(s) will be reset and how much items everyone can keep.
Please answer me soon

It's a server reset..Or a update to 1.5.. It's probably both.

It's an update to 1.5 , and possibly the world will be reset (thats what I heard)

I need to make a post about that :I i should've made a post about it but my power went off and today i had serious issues so i couldnt come on.Sorry xD Anyways,It has been decided by joel that there will be a whole server reset. But this time players wont be able to store items for transfer! im making a post real soon about the whole thing!

What?!?!??? I thought joel said during last reset there wont reset the world again unless there a major terrain genneration change
