Lost My Stuff Twice

Hey I need some help I lost my stuff twice today when I logged in and Gr33nfield told me to post my problem here.
Here's the list of everything I lost:
5 Gold Swords
2 Iron Swords
2 Iron Shovels
2 Iron Axes
1 Diamond Shovel
2 Item Frames
35 Gold Ingots
64 Iron Ingots
Full Set Of Gold Armor
2 Full Sets Of Iron Armor
1 Gold Chest Plate
At Least 3 Stacks Of Oak
2 Stacks Of Dirt
And 2 Stacks Of Cobblestone

If anyone sees this please help Thanks!

Well the first time I lost my items I was wearing a full set of gold armor and was carrying spare iron armor in case my armor broke while mining. For the swords I had 1 the first time and had 3 the second time because I was planning on mounting them on my wall but I had to go and leave for a while.
Hopefully that explains it.
