On the 18th of April GMT (+0:00), we will be cleaning up everything that is in a 500 block radius of the spawn for each of the portals at the default world spawn. Structures that appear to be griefed, incomplete (being an eyesore, not just everything that's incomplete), and random blocks will be removed. Any chests that are in the buildings that will be removed will also be removed permanently.
We will also be relocating the buildings that are too close to those portals (begin 20 blocks away from them) to a reasonable distance, so players do not spawn and are forced to look directly at a shop, for instance.
Players have one week to either fix up, remove, or relocate their buildings unless they wish for them to be removed.
[TL;DR] If we think your house looks griefed or unsightly and is within a 500 block radius of the portal spawns, they will be removed. Buildings close to those portals will also be relocated.
