Today at about 5:05 pm GMT Raken Griefed a diamond and emerald room made by creamiezz i believe (It was in his castle, next to his house, duh.)
He claimed that this room wasnt visible and was underground (though it was in ground level xD)
I noticed he had too many diamond and emerald blocks as he built the whole floor of his house with them,as well as him stating in a comment that he has TOO MANY diamond/emerald blocks.
when i asked him about how he got them,he said they were lining the walls of this room.
Moreover,he explained that they were spawned and so creamiezz didnt need them.
I kicked him for griefing after that,I believe he re-joined with another account called "nikita" (cant prove that though) but that this "nikita" account joined after a few seconds after his kick.
"nikita" also called me a jerk :o for banning Nick a.k.a Raken.

Thank you for reading,

Edited: Seen what he did. PC started to die before i could do anything, so I couldn't ban him or anything :/

Just curious, but what is Cream doing building something out of those and not protecting it? It seems like it's pretty much Cream's fault for leaving it like that, as pretty much anybody would be enticed to take from it [even if it is against the rules].

Yeah, it honestly doesn't seem right... But I have to say, with his expensive builds(diamond blocks, gold blocks, etc) being bait for griefers, a lot of them have been found, and usually banned o:

i unbanned tho...
this isntt he first time i warned cream bout gem construction, and raken shouldnt be banned for it. i will warn him tho

and frankly its unfair. Your basically baiting users to attack your home to get banned...
Killa,
When i kicked him,the message was : Banned:Griefing
After that he logged in as "nikita" and called me a jerk!
I'm sure now that the person whom logged in as nikita is Raken as Aareo :3 Has checked it.

Calling someone a jerk is nowhere near a "bannable" offense.

Well,is logging in with another account after being banned a bannable offense?

Yeah, that's avoiding your ban, and should probably be looked into o:

Unless the account isn't actually banned.

Well when he logged in as nikita after being kicked by Raken with a message which said "Banned:Griefing!,he called me a jerk for BANNING him, which indicates that he was aware of the ban.

Wait. How are you banning him?

so, to inventarize:

1) cream builds with expensive stuff
2) raken griefs
3) snip KICKS him with the message: banned: griefing
4) nikita logs in and acts as if raken HAS been banned. This is just TOO suspicious, as he wasn't, so he assumed it and logged in under a false name to get the last word
5) rules broken (that I am aware of:
-griefing (badly, would normally be about a week)
-undermining ban (permban I believe, and no chance on a ban appeal)
-insulting a staff member (not really bannable)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- +
permban!

In response to the 3 accusations:
-The griefing, well this is not the first time cream has been griefed with expensive blocks... Cream is well aware if res and how to use it, and it is not Raken's fault if he finds materials he can use....
-The undermining ban, well i warned him about it, and told him to appeal on the forums about it (asi do with every newcommer, as they dont know the rules well enough...) hence why he stayed ban for awhile, rather then getting unbanned right away.
-Insulting a Staff Member, well last i remmeber, mods and aboce are staff. Helers are defaults with the power to aid users and the server while no one is online. yes it isnt suggested, but not much of a bannable offense.

soooo yeah.

why would one want any expensive stuff anyway... you can get diamonds by voting, and iron adn gold are not worth stealing.
(this is not an argument!)

1) well, it IS a little stupid of cream. why is he building in other peaoples homes anyway?
2) it is logical that this is not allowed, but as it is his first time (that we know of), okay, but still worth a tempban
3) Helpers may not be true staff, but still demand a little respect, I think.

permban is an abbreviantion of 'permanent ban', just as tempban is an abbreviation of 'temporal ban' :D.
