Partying in the Server

There should be a place/set day for a certain party like a last day of summer party. Birthdays don't need to be big and for official holidays there should be a place for it. The holidays are from any country and everyone should go to the party if possible. If the host wishes for certain people to go then there is an invitation. I don't know if this will or should happen in the opinion of the staff but it's just a thing I think we should do.

So every party is different, the lighting is the same however, for certain occasions, like in every Halloween we use jack-o-lanterns. Fireworks would be awesome and on a partially related note we should add a server mod per event like birthday or official holiday. I'm out of ideas for now.
