no mc sound help asap

Make sure your computer isn't muted.
Make sure volume is up all the way in mc.
If that doesn't work, then open control panel > hardware and sounds > sounds > and check through those settings.
I had this same problem, but it wasn't a simple fix, more of a screw up of some sort..
