Hi guys! How are you doing?

When I checked on the staff list today, I was suprised: only 3 moderators, all of which I never saw ingame (or I didn't notice them XD)! Come to think of it, I only ever see Rustayy and Peanutbrick online, sometimes Blayde, Killa, or onother 'rare' staff member (I make it sound like going out in the jungle to spot endangered animals :O).

I think there should be another moderator (maybe two), especially some from the european timezone. Judging from the immense chat spamming when a staff member DOES appear, oether people think the same .

I know we've gone through this a lot, but all of the staff have lives outside of Firetop. Most of us (All) have jobs and/or school. We try to get on, but sometimes its just harder than you would think. My philosophy is, School first, minecraft second. If I don't go to college than I definitely won;t be able to help you guys. I would have to find a job and work full time to keep myself alive. On the other hand, if I go to college I can relax and focus on school work and than help you guys. I try to get on as much as possible, but its just not always possible.​

Also, the rank "Helper" has been added and Aareo will be evaluating them and the current staff to see who is fit and who isn't fit to be working. Some current staff may be laid off of their current position, and some Helpers may be promoted to Mod. It is all a matter of how we do.​

KillaTrix has been on a lot planning and building the new RPG server. I have been on building and hosting the new server spawn, and Aareo has been building a whole new website for us.

You guys may not see it, but the rest of the staff sees how much time we really put into Firetop.​
