If online, what were you doing at the time?: I was killing someone with lava
Were there any players with a similar name?: Yes, KillaTrix
Why should we unban you?: becuase what I did was find someones house, and kill them with lava. I only broke a few blocks to be able to re-collect the lava, and then I placed them back
What will you do next time to prevent this from happening again?: Well if it is illegal to kill someone with lava, I simply will not do it anymore. I had no idea this was a rule.
What message is displayed when you try to log into the server?: Ban hammer has spoken!
Were there any witnesses to this who can testify?: yes barbie_slayer can prove it true.

Okay, I was not aware of that I thought it was allowed. Usually on servers that it is not allowed lava bukets aren't allowed etheir.

I watched as you were PVP'ing someone you paused and tp'ed to spawn. That is against the rules. Also as Red as said *Lul that rhymed* you were sniping people from a safe zone killing people. You did that the other day.

Your sister wasnt on that day. I dont remember her being a witness.

You weren't just banned for that you disobey the PvP rules such as Tping away from Near death and Killing people with a Bow in safe zone and reply "i like sniping". Some have even claimed you griefed (I don't know anythign about you'd have to ask someone else ._.) But overall. You disobeyed alot of PvP rules and this Ban related to that as you killed a person who told you to get out and you constantly killed him with lava buckets as I watched you Tp from them when you were near death....

As everyone has been saying. You have been breaking rules, if it was PvP, griefing(Which I have seen a bit of!), using allcaps, no respect towards any staff, swearing a little, and always begging us for your sword. That's a pretty long list. You aren't getting unbanned, you aren't getting your sword, and that's final.

I had no idea that killing someone with lava was penalized by ban or by anything, I was unaware of that rule, and I highly doubt it has ever been posted, so if it has never been posted, the ban is unfair. I should get temp banned not perma ban.

Again it wasn't just that. You griefed and you broke into the one person's home to kill him with lava as he did tell you to stop. That's one of the rules, no breaking in into other's homes.

I did not "break" into his home. He let me in and then he tried placed flint and steel. THAT is when I started using lava to slay him. HE let me in then kicked me out told me to break blocks to come in and he set me on fire. I started attacking AFTER that. It was not my intention to kill him beforehand

About about the multiple sightings and reports of you griefing? I'm sure you know that's one of firetop's rules and you know Teleporting from PvP to your safe house near death to save items but killing others from a safe zone and run towards their items to collect them and not give 'em back. Those are other reasons why you were banned, the Lava thing isn't just it...

B: You have been seen repetitively Tping away from users during pvp fights.
C: You use the spawn protection to kill users in the Pvp area.

All of these rules you have already been warned about before, yet you persist on breaking them.
