I have exceeded the numbers of accounts. My new name is Creamiezzzz (Yeah I added 1 more z) will I still get to keep Elite?

Can someone delete one of the accounts that I have? (NOT Creamiezzz. Notice three z's?)

Is it possible for someone to transfer Elite from CreamieZZZ to CreamieZZZZ (Notice the Z's please)
