So I had someone, not gonna mention names *cough* jimmy *cough*, ask how to upload pictures to the user albums. So I will help with that 
Step 1: Click on the User Albums tab at the top of the website.
Step 2: Click on the create album icon if you haven't made an album already. If you have already done this step skip to Step 4
Step 3: Fill out the next page.
Step 4: Click manage items.
Step 5: Click upload a file.
Step 6: Find your pictures, describe them, and save it!
