Is it onlive style and streams it? Do you need to download the actual game for it to work in a browser? Need to pay for anything? Do you need a good computer for it? I HAVE SO MANY QUESTION AND I NEED ANSWER

On the battlelog thing you can play BF3 in a browser. Google battlelog, you will see
 
well if it's battlelog-related, you'll need to own BF3....
