Griefing

i have been griefed 3 times in the last 2 days its perfetic first they took mt enchantment table and a few other things and this time they took like 10 neather brick from the front of my house and took most of my neather fence and all my neather warts :/
its so annoying cant there be a plug in or can admins like protect the plots ? :evil:
