This means that you have updated to 1.2.3 which at the time (March 3rd) Was on 1.1.

You need to pay attention to updating as we had not given the go ahead to update. Since the server is now on 1.2.3 You NEED to be on 1.2.3 to connect. Please update if you haven't already.
