Cant go to home?

Whenever I do /home, Ill be floating in midair and my house wont load. The chunks aren't loading.
I was thinking if the server can restart or something? Right now I basically can't get my tools,my armor,my food, my ores.

Hope you restart it soon.

Seems like 50% of the people on the server have this problem, not me though
Still it really needs to be solved.
