do u get error? u may try torbrowser, a vpn server browser. that thingy will change ur region and maybe u can buy mc from other regions https://www.torproject.org/projects/torbrowser.html.en

I probably will when I get back to Bahrain.. but when I try my debit card it says "transaction cannot be completed" same thing with my parents cards and papal also doesn't work :/ and I know it should work since I donated to the server with it..
