Plugin Name: SpamHammer
Short Description of Plugin: Detects people sending too many messages in short amounts of time (and optionally repeat messages). Mutes, kicks, and then bans players that spam the same message in that order
Why we should Add the Plugin: Couple of spammers were in the server and no admin/ any1 can do anything about it.

some guy was on the server yesterday and was spamming all caps and no admin or mod was on so the players couldn't do anything about it

can be very usefull, spamming is the new way of griefing it seems

This plugin does not seem to be updated for 1.2.5 (not even for 1.1) and I am currently working on finding a plugin similar to this to help stop all the spamming we have recently been receiving.

Yeah, having this plugin would be good because spamming is super super super annoying, especially when more than one person does it at once.
