Duping doesn't work anymore. I tried a dupe glitch on the server, (willing to put the duped items in fire/lava/void) for 1.2.5 that actually WORKED on my own server, and it didn't work on Firetop. Hopefully 1.3 will introduce new bug fixes and that is one of them.

True, but by default Java allocates too much memory to Minecraft, 256 is all it needs to run with the default texture pack. 512 is enough for a 32x32 pack, and so on and so on.

Peanutbrick, try this. make a .bat file and put in it java -jar -Xmx512 Mineshafter-proxy.jar This will make it run, but the .bat file and Mineshafter-proxy.jar must be in the same directory, or it will not work.
