That plugin sounds interesting. I remember I banned someone who shared the same IP's with about 2 other acc's (his friends???), I IP banned one, they all got banned. They all got mad at me. Hey, I banned the guy. They should be mad at the guy held responsible :p That was on a Wikia.

The Redstone has a few issues, Redstone torches will power as it is, but other Redstone Power sources cannot work (Ex: Pressure plates, Levers, etc) Also, when I died by falling, I knew where I died, and returned to that spot in less than a minute, just to find that the drop was gone...
