    You dont pay anything to be any staff. I pick staff the same way your boss picked you at your interview for work. No staff "pays" to be staff.

    You make it. Its asking for YOUR password. When you first log in. It says /RESGISTER password password. Making your password for YOUR account. type it and then confirm it. Then you do /LOGIN Password.
