Section I : Player Rights

Being a player on this server, you have the following rights:

(Note: Player’s are anyone ranked a Default, trusted, or Supporters.)

*Having Fun.

*Building their own creations, or assisting others in building theirs.

*Having their opinions. (Note: Opinions are statements, not arguments. You may speak of opinions but may not argue about them, which means no putting down others opinions)

*Joking around with other player’s, or staff.

*Being kind, considerate, cooperative and caring to everyone.

*Destroying only their own blocks, or in the case that it’s a group building, destroying blocks when approved/When it’s appropriate.

*To have their voice heard.

*To be respected.

*To be treated equally as all other staff or players.

*To play in peace.

* Asking to get your creations protected and/or having them fixed by rollback/rebuild

Section II: Staff Rights

As a staff, which includes rank Admin and Mod, have rights which include every “Player” rights, and also these rights:

*To do their job.

*To make the server more stable and safe, by banning rule-breaks (For Example: Griefers.)

*To reinforce the rules. See Below (As in distributing punishment as seen in the rules, NO personal reasons will be acceptable for punishment, such as, not liking the player. if they have not broken a written rule you may NOT punish.)

*To give out warnings, to players, or other staff.

*To be role models of this community.

*To be respected.

Section III : Official Rules

These rules are not to be broken by any player, and/or any staff member. These rules apply for EVERYONE, no matter who you are, or what rank you currently hold. These rules are listed below.

Things that are against the rules are as follows:

*Using vulgar language (Cursing, any insults, including but not limited to that directed to ones sexual orientation, gender, age, personal appearance, culture, or race.)

*Abusing any powers (Staff member powers, or abusing any player-given authority like "Supporters")

*Arguing in Public Chat. (If you have the need to argue, Please do it in PM’s, Or other means of communication. A staff will warn you to stop arguing in public chat, and if necessary, muted, or temp ban.)

*No hacking or cheating of any sort.
*Do not break into homes or mine in others' mines.
*Do not ask for a promotion from our staff.

*Respect all players, buildings, and members of the staff. Being disrespectful to other players, or staff members, which includes using any words to harm another, insults, or mean sarcasm. If this is done, action will be taken. This server is for anyone from the age of 7 and above, using such words or insults will be taken into serious matter.
*Griefing is strictly prohibited! (The use of the word "Grief" only refers to players or staff breaking others blocks in large amounts on purpose to harm the well being of the server or person, "Griefing" will not be used for world corruption errors causing your items or creations to be missing, or an accident where a player may have broken a few blocks.)
*No spamming of any sort is allowed, that includes all caps.
*No advertising other servers.
*Do not steal from any other player or staff member or use an x-ray mod or texture pack.
*When asked by an Admin to stop doing something, stop. If not stopped action may be taken on the player. Admins or Mods are the server police and have the right to keep you off the server until they are proven wrong by a higher authority, The only high authority is Joel Samson, and no other.

Supporter and Staff Rules

*Abusing any powers (Staff member powers, or abusing any player-given authority.)

*Banning someone for an invalid or personal reason.
*Spawn only the items that you need, and do not give them away

*Do not abuse the market or trade! No selling, dropping, or in any way giving out spawned items.
*Vanishing may be use to look upon suspicious happenings but may not be used abusively such as breaking items near others to make them believe a glitch is occurring.

Note: Remember, the fact that you have a high rank doesn’t mean you are above the law. Breaking any rules will result in a punishment such as rank removal. Please also note that the only person with the final word is Joel Samson. No other staff has the right of final word other then Joel Samson. If any staff takes away your right of final word from Joel Samson. That staff member can be punished.
